Healthy Working Lives
Along with our business partners at the Business Partnership Ltd, we are making leaps and bounds towards our Silver Healthy Working Lives Award. The award offers a clear framework for improving health at work. We hope to gain recognition for our efforts in making our workplace a healthier and happier environment.
So far, we have been promoting healthy eating, with free fruit available to office staff every week. We also encourage exercise by supplying bike racks and shower facilities, we also organise lunch time aqua aerobics classes at our local leisure centre and running groups. We have a Health and Safety Officer and a Green Team to look after our staff and the environment in which we work; we're even treated to a massage every month!!
